I had a great experience at this hotel. the location is fantastic. Being right in front of Ateneo de Manila University is a huge plus, especially for tourists like me who want to explore the area without the hassle of finding transportation. Secondly, the service was top-notch. The staff were quick to respond and the internet connection was excellent. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a hot water shower. The fact that breakfast was included was an added bonus.
The only drawback I noticed was the slow elevator. It could definitely use some improvement.

Fantastic staff, convenient location, good access, many eateries around
Good staff cannot make up for shortcomings of the facilities: most rooms are caves (ie., No windows), Spartan interior, noisy "hurricane" aircon (its a tropical country!!>???), dont forget your earplugs if you are a light sleeper; bathroom below any standard (shower not closed, flow through electric heater for water, was only sprinkling..took me 30 minutes to shower of soap...), breakfast too expensive for the tiny amount served and available choice. Too expensive, taxes are not included in the shown Booked.net prize! In the end I paid almost 20% more and 80+ us$ is too much for a night...

I went to visit my daughter who was going to school in Manilia for a semester. The hotel was across the street so location was great. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The room was tiny but we did not spend much time there. The room was also very clean. The breakfast was good, but I would not order the American breakfast. Go with the Philipino breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Quezon City. The hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The attention to detail was impressive, from the fresh and clean linens to the towel art in my room. The location in the area was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The friendly and courteous staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, and the basic amenities such as air conditioning and hot water were a great addition. Plus, having breakfast included was a wonderful perk that added to the overall experience.
All was just fine during my stay at this hotel.

Location was conveniently close to my business meeting and easy to find. Staff were polite and helped me with my luggage. the free wifi and bottled water were appreciated.
The room was very small and had no windows, making it feel cramped and unpleasant. the air conditioning was loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel was fortunately close to a lot of restaurants and cafes that provided great dining options. Several places nearby offered a wide variety of cuisine to choose from which helped compensate for the lackluster breakfast. If you need to be in the livelier area of town, this location might work for you.
The room I stayed in had no windows and the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud.

Spent Christmas in a hotel close to fast-food restaurants and convenience stores, which was a great choice for quick snacks and drinks. The staff was very nice and always had a smile on their face. I enjoyed the free water bottles and fast Wi-Fi access.
The room was too small and did not have windows, making it feel cramped and suffocating. , the breakfast was not to my liking and lacked variety in options.
